Jeff Kincaid, Chief Technology Officer/ Co-Founder
Jeff is well-known as one of the most innovative and influential technology-certified experts in the transportation and logistics industries. He has successfully designed and provided various expedited transportation management systems used to manage Next Flight Out and local expedited ground shipments for many well-known time-critical shipping companies.
Along with a wealth of experience in leading technological improvement changes within the organization, Jeff has a strong ability to properly align business goals with IT initiative to achieve quantifiable benefits in IT investment. Jeff was Chief Information Officer for Network Global Logistics and has also held senior management positions with other leading transportation industry companies.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Glenville State College.
Harmik Baghdasarian CEO / Co-Founder
Harmik Baghdasarian is a highly effective executive and has more than 35 years of experience in system automation, implementation, and execution. Specialized in distribution and transportation management systems, he has advanced expertise in the creation and implementation of operational processes and procedures, as well as the design, development, and implementation of software systems for these industries.
Harmik has achieved great success in creating business and IT strategies for startups to multimillion-dollar companies.
During his career, he has implemented eight major multimillion-dollar international ERP/TMS projects like Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Aworks, and SAP with a hundred percent success rate on delivery, schedule, and budget.
His unique mentorship and management style has helped him put highly qualified teams together and manage them to provide the best results.
His business motto over the years has always been “Our customer’s success is our success.”
Harmik has a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science from Queen Mary College of London University.
